For over 25 years, we have provided insurance coverage opinions to insurance companies, businesses and individuals and have represented them in insurance coverage litigation when necessary. While our work in this area has been predominantly for insurance companies, we actively have represented businesses and individuals in coverage matters. We also have been retained by insurance companies to provide defenses to their insureds when sued for alleged negligence or alleged errors and omissions, in matters related to professional negligence, construction related damage, police liability, fraud, civil rights claims against local governments, lead paint poisoning, premises liability, among others.
