Marie J. Ignozzi joined Schulman & Kaufman, LLC, as an associate in 2011. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2009. Ms. Ignozzi concentrates her practice in the area of insurance coverage and defense and other civil litigation matters including personal injury.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Ignozzi had the privilege to serve as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William O. Carr, Administrative Judge, and as the Adoption Law Clerk for retired judge Cypert O. Whitfill, in the Circuit Court for Harford County. Subsequently, she handled collection and debt settlement matters on behalf of hospitals in the State of Maryland.

Ms. Ignozzi is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the MSBA.

A native of Harford County, Ms. Ignozzi received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Baltimore (B.A. summa cum laude 2006) and is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 2009).

Ms. Ignozzi enjoys being a new mother, playing with her English Bulldog, following the Ravens and the Orioles, running a 5K and supporting her husband who serves in the Maryland Air National Guard.
